These Terms of Service govern use of the ASpark Solutions, LLC website. Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using it. Questions can be sent to Todd@ASparksolutions.us.
Website information and services
This website introduces our sales coaching, CRM, and AI automation services and provides educational content for business owners and professionals. Information is general and may not fit every business or circumstance. It is not legal, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
Program descriptions explain available services but do not, by themselves, establish a client relationship or commit either party to an engagement. Sending an inquiry or booking an introductory call does not purchase a program.
SMS: ASpark Solutions messaging
After you opt in, ASpark Solutions, LLC may send recurring automated texts about appointments, inquiries, and service updates. Offers about our coaching, CRM, or automation services require separate promotional consent. Message frequency varies with your activity and preferences. SMS consent is optional and is not required to buy services. Providing your number or accepting website terms alone does not constitute SMS consent.
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. We will send a confirmation, then stop further program texts. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again.
For assistance, reply HELP or email Todd@ASparksolutions.us. Your mobile provider may charge for incoming or outgoing messages and data. Ask your provider about your plan. Mobile carriers bear no responsibility for messages that arrive late or fail to arrive.

Client engagements
The scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, cancellation and refund arrangements, confidentiality, and any data-handling requirements for paid services are to be set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Review and agree to those arrangements before starting an engagement. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these website terms regarding that engagement, the service agreement controls.
Results and your responsibilities
Educational material and examples are not promises of a specific outcome. Sales, revenue, efficiency, and automation results depend on factors including your team, implementation, market conditions, and the tools you use. No specific close rate, revenue increase, time savings, or other business result is guaranteed by this website.
You are responsible for assessing whether information and tools are appropriate for your business, checking outputs before relying on them, and complying with laws and obligations that apply to your activities. AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and require human review.
Permitted use
You may browse the website and use its content for your own business evaluation and learning. Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, or infringe anyone's rights. Provide accurate information when contacting us or scheduling a call.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, videos, and other materials belong to ASpark Solutions or their respective owners or licensors. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership or give you permission to republish, sell, or commercially distribute those materials. You may share links to publicly available pages and posts. The website links to Calendly and social platforms and offers embedded social video players. Those providers operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, content, or practices. Use of a third-party tool, including tools discussed in our educational content, may require your own account, subscription, and agreement with that provider.
Privacy and information you send
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling for this website, inquiries, bookings, and social embeds. Do not send confidential customer records, passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. Any required exchange of client data should be arranged as part of an engagement.
Availability and limitations
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but it may contain errors, become outdated, or be unavailable at times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, website content is provided as available without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted access, or suitability for a particular purpose.
