This Privacy Policy explains how ASpark Solutions, LLC handles personal information in connection with this website, inquiries, introductory call bookings, and text messaging. You can contact us at Todd@ASparksolutions.us with privacy questions or requests.

Information you provide

If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, appointment preferences, and the contents of your message or booking answers. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential customer records through an initial inquiry.

The website does not currently offer visitor accounts, an on-site contact form, or an online checkout. Booking buttons open Calendly, and email links open your email application.

How information is used

We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, arrange and manage appointments, understand your business needs, discuss our services, and keep records of those communications. Information may also be used to operate and protect the website, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. Any additional data processing associated with a client engagement will be addressed in the relevant service arrangements.

Website hosting and technical information

When you visit, the services that host and deliver this website may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, and security logs to deliver content and protect the service. This website is hosted through Sites, with infrastructure provided by its hosting and network providers.

We use Metricool to measure website visits and page views. Its browser-based tracker contacts Metricool to record visits and uses the connection IP address to determine the visitor's country. Metricool states that this website tracker does not use cookies, store information on visitors' devices, or assign unique identifiers. Social videos, cookies, and third-party links

Social video previews are stored on this website. A TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube player loads only when you select a video to open its viewing window. Loading a player connects your browser to that platform, which may receive your IP address, device details, and viewing activity, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. If you are signed in to that platform, it may associate activity with your account. YouTube players use its privacy-enhanced embed domain; that does not eliminate all third-party processing.

You can browse the website without opening embedded videos. You can also control cookies through your browser and use the privacy settings offered by each platform. Blocking third-party cookies or content may affect playback.

Calendly handles information submitted on its booking pages and makes appointment information available to us. Links to social profiles or original posts take you to those providers. Their practices are governed by their own notices:

Sharing and mobile information

ASpark Solutions does not sell or rent your personal information, or disclose it to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in records are not sold, shared, or transferred to another business for its messaging campaigns, including affiliates.

Providers supporting our hosting, email, scheduling, CRM, and message delivery may process information solely to perform those services on our behalf. This limited processing does not give them permission to market to you independently. We may disclose information where legally required. These limited disclosures do not authorize another business to use your SMS consent.

SMS privacy

If you opt in to text messages, we process your mobile number, consent record, messages, and delivery or opt-out information to communicate within your consent and honor your preferences. Retention and security

How long information is needed depends on the inquiry or business relationship, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Third-party providers apply their own retention practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, and legal or recordkeeping requirements may limit what can be deleted. Requests concerning information held independently by a social platform or Calendly should also be directed to that provider.

Children and international visitors

This website is intended for business owners and adult professionals, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through an inquiry or booking, contact us so we can address it. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
